Job Description/Duties/Responsibilities: 

Why is the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator important to us? We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our Materials department. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will be a pivotal figure in our manufacturing process, responsible for the timely shipping of finished goods as per schedule, scheduling trucks for pick up and delivery of goods, and maintaining a flawless log of shipping and receiving activities. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to our global supply chain and influence the speed and quality of our product delivery. 

In this role, you will: 
● Ship finished goods in accordance with the shipping schedule 
● Schedule trucks for pickup and delivery of finished goods and raw materials 
● Label products for shipment and perform cycle counts on materials 
● Maintain a thorough shipping and receiving log 
● Assign ASN for shipments as necessary 
● Perform receiving inspections as required 
● Support inventory control processes and cycle counts 
● Assist in creating and maintaining work instructions as needed 

Minimum Skills/Mandatory Skills/Experience Needed for Hire: 

You might be a good fit if you have/are: 
● Several years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or logistics environment 
● A degree in supply chain management or relevant field OR significant relevant work experience 
● Excellent organization skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a keen eye for detail 
● Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems 
● Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures 
● Excellent communication and coordination skills, a collaborative team player, and an adept problem solver 

Educational Requirement: 
● A degree in supply chain management or relevant field OR significant relevant work experience

Dress Code is corporate casual.
